                Highschool

 Highschool at Caiss consists of 2 levels:
 Lower Secondary & Advanced level.
 Lower Secondary is comparable to “voortgezet Onderwijs”of the Duch system of education.It    consists of 2 levels:
   A-Lower Secondary 1 (Bavo 1)
  B-Lower Secondary 2(Bavo 2)
Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint is available for Lower Secondary2 (Bavo 2) in the following subjects (sample papers are the same for   Checkpoint and progression tests):
• Cambridge Global Perspectives
• English
• English as a Second Language
• Mathematics
• Science
There is no Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint for Art & Design,   Computing, Digital   Literacy, Music, Physical Education and Wellbeing.
 Advanced Levels:
 Advanced level consists of 2 levels:
 AS Level & A Level.
 AS Level is comparable to HAVO 5. It is ONE school year.
 A Level is comparable to VWO 6. It is ONE school year.
 Cambridge International AS & A Levels are widely recognised by   universities and employers around. Students can be confident that their   qualifications will be understood and valued throughout their education and   career, in their home country and internationally.
With up to 6 subjects students can obtain the International Diploma”AICE Diploma”.
 The route of AS level & A level in one year is also possible.
